“We thought the fete was a great place to continue to reinforce our message to the community. It is a great fundraising event and a time for our whole community to come together to share in a fun day that the kids and adults love equally.”
They will be doing an adopt-a-toy at the fair where preloved soft toys – all cleaned and in good condition – can be adopted for a small fee and have a new lease on life.
The festival will have rides suitable for kids of all ages and a side-show alley. There are many fun family games to be involved in, defence force and emergency services displays, and live performances on their stage.

Good Vibes Festival
Saturday, 24 July from 12:00pm Everton Park State School
15 Deakin Street, Everton Park
verton Park State School is opening its gates to the community for its bi-annual Good Vibes Festival. All money raised
at the fete goes back into the school, and the 2021 goal is to achieve $30,000 for ICT and STEM equipment and also a new playground.
Everton Park State School P&C vice-president Lisa Coakley said the theme for this year’s event was Cleaner Greener Together, which aligns with the school’s sustainability focus.
“Over the past few years, we have introduced veggie gardens into the school, have worm farms and a beehive,” Lisa said. “We have also been collecting containers for change and every class recycles everything they can.
