Food, Fun and Fireworks at Family Festival
Feast on delicious food, dance to the very best in live music and finish up with fireworks. What more could you want from your weekend?

There's something for everyone to enjoy at Park Vibes, a family festival to be held at Pine Rivers Park on 20 March. Only a short drive for residents living in Chermside, this event is packed with so much entertainment you won't want to miss it.

When the festival kicks off at 3pm, kids can make the most of their afternoon in the dedicated Kids Zone, where they will be able to enjoy free rides and activities to suit all ages.

Park Vibes will also feature three Flavour Food Zones to tempt your tastebuds. Load up on pizza, burgers, hotdogs and donuts in the United Plates of America, or sample some sushi and karaage chicken at Taste of Asia. In Flavours of Europe, enjoy a selection of mouth-watering pastas and flavoursome gelato.

For those looking to sit back and relax with a drink, the festival will host a licensed pop-up bar where you can indulge in locally brewed craft beer and ciders, as well as sample an array of specialty wine and spirits.

Pack your picnic blanket and settle back on the grass when an impressive line-up of musical talent takes to the main stage. Headline act Baker Boys Band is set to appear with a performance featuring a full horn section, guaranteed to get you on your feet.

Band producer and musician Hayley Barberis said the Baker Boys Band couldn't wait to play at Park Vibes.

We've got a huge list of hits lined up,ť Hayley said. We can't wait to get everyone moving.ť

The day culminates with a breathtaking fireworks display at 8pm, so get ready to take some videos or simply sit back and enjoy the spectacle.

The event is being organised by Moreton Bay Region Industry and Tourism in accordance with an approved COVID-safe plan, meaning numbers will be capped. To skip the contact tracing queue on the day, you can register for your ticket online.

Entry to the event is free with onsite parking available for $5. Money from parking will be donated to local community groups.
