Movie Review
School Holidays are upon us! Don’t panic, we’ve found the Top 5 Movies to help keep your kids entertained over the break.

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire
The Ghostbusters must save New York (and the rest of the world) when an ancient artifact releases a seemingly unstoppable evil force. I grew up loving these movies, ghosts, monsters and great one liners and this sequel stays true to the original films. It may be too spooky for younger kids so I’d check the rating and maybe watch the trailer with them first.

Kung Fu Panda 4
Po is back, and after achieving the title of Spiritual Leader of the Valley of Peace he must find someone worthy to take his place as Dragon Warrior. Although this won’t be easy as a wicked sorceress threatens to bring back Po’s foes. It was great to see/hear the incredible voice cast return for another round of action and Jack Black never disappoints.

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire
Godzilla seems to be the flavour of the month with a speight of movies and a TV series all keen to tell the story of the scaly beast. The old rivals must join forces to help take on an ancient monster lurking deep in the earth. Again I’d watch the trailer with your kids and check the rating to see if it’s appropriate for them. My teenagers had a blast watching it.

Richard the Stork & The Mystery of the Great Jewel - PG
In this sequel to the 2017 Richard the Stork, this time Richard decides to run away from his flock and find his own adventure. Helping to rescue trapped sparrows from a greedy peacock. The animation may not be Disney level, your little ones should still enjoy the sense of adventure.

The Tiger’s Apprentice - PG
Tom Lee, a Chinese American boy discovers that he’s from a long line of magical protectors known as the Guardians. As the title suggests, he’ll have to train with a Tiger and work with the other Zodiac animals to protect his family’s secret. Featuring the vocal talents of Michelle Yeoh, Henry Golding and Lucy Liu.
